Grand Space Opera 2D Entry: Branko Bistrovic

#61

As the subject line states.

#62

Here’s the arm blocked in and ready for carving. I wanted to give it a sort of lanks/elongated feel.

#63

Some lines on the face… get the feel for it.

#64

Now on to the horns/headpiece/galactic strands I experimented with.
Yup. it’s dejavu…

#65

Just testing waters. See how it would look in regards to the flow of things.

#66

I sort of like this, but looks like he is balding though…

#67

They are supposed to look like psychodekic horns… instead they look like wheenie wear…

#68

i like the pose youre working on now much better than the last one. it’ll be interesting to see how you put it all together with the new pose if you choose to keep it. i like this one because the anatomy issues are resolved much better and it is in a more interesting shape.

#69

More hair

#70

yeah… that’s just not going to happen… looks like a mother from the fifties…

#71

Expanding on the one from before, but he still looks as though he is balding, and also as though it’s simply just hair… I don’t want simply hair!!!

#72

Interesting… has alot of rhythm. I’m worried it’ll compete with the ships though… ooo got an idea… Will have to implement it later, Mwaahahahaha.

#73

Thank Hillart, it’s great to hear that, especially now that I’ve started on it.
Mwahaha! And, thanks again Kirt for the smack in the face.

#74

Here are some definitions of the body.

#75

The face included… I think I’m going to shift the position of the arm. It’s not sitting well with me.

#76

As the subject line states. I’ll add some lips, and see what i can make of it.

#77

I’m not sure… kind of hard to see if it too much. I’ll play with the colors a bit.

#78

Well, this is the final work for tonight. I’m almost where I was with the other pose/concept. Tomorrow I’ll throw in the ships/individuals, and hope for the best.

#79

okay, here is a starting feel. Wanted somthing a little organic but still indutrial…

#80

Nice feeling, a little klunky though and too organic.
