glowing text ???????

how do you make glowing text like on this site:

also blitzdigital has nice glowing buttons…

You may be able to make text like that if you do:

  1. creat a white text in Adobe PhotoShop,
  2. then use a BLUR filter-radio blur or something like that,
  3. making sure your text is in the medle of the filters effect,
  4. and you should get that kind of text effect.
