Is is a fictional character you’re drawing out of your head, or are you trying to base this on an existing person? Also, is this person supposed to be aesthetically pleasing? If so, do you know how to depict attractive looking characters?

So it is based on a real person with reference photo?

Aesthetic sensibility is an advanced concept that doesn’t necessarily just happen if you studied anatomy/figure. It requires you to pay close attention to the various factors that create the impression of attractiveness–the elements of beauty, if you will. There are specific criteria behind the elements of beauty such as ideal proportions. symmetry, ideal forms for the features, complexion, facial expression, etc. It also helps if you study makeup, because the core idea of using makeup is to enhance/idealize those elements. There are tons of makeup tutorials on youtube and if you are serious about being an artist who can depict attractive looking people, definitely learn some basics about makeup.

The problem with what you have right now is that the expression looks more like an odd maniacal grin instead of an appealing smile. You are emphasizing her teeth too much and her eyes look vacant and stoned. You are also detailing the unflattering wrinkles and distortion of forms on her face instead of de-emphasizing them and focusing on the elements that actually make a person attractive, such as the presence of the eyes, the shape and form of the mouth, the evenness of the complexion, etc.
