I use Maya, I understand I should smooth the geo before importing into Mari for texturing when you’re planning to use subdiv smoothing (hotkey 3) at render time.
Sculpting in zbrush i have just linear uvs (rigid uvs) and smooth uv option (smooths internal uvs) when exporting maps so I’d need to match this with textures generated from Mari.
Which UV options in Maya do you choose when smoothing the geometry and exporting the obj to bring into Mari for texturing?
