Hi all,
There must be a way of doing this…
Let’s say I have two polygon spheres intersecting. Instead of using Boolean > Union to join them together, is it possible to generate a new mesh (with completely different topology) that matches the volume of the two combined spheres?
I’m after exactly the same result one gets when generating an Output Mesh from nParticles, but instead of using nParticles I want to use geometry (and ideally be able to move the original polygon spheres and have the new mesh automatically update).
Does anyone know if Maya can do this? Or if there’s a plugin that can? It seems very doable…
Thanks in advance!
Andrew
