Gamedev map [ company listing]

Here is a really nice website a coworker of mine started. You click on the city and it shows the game companies in the city. Enjoy and spread the word.

Also its being constantly updated. If you know a company thats not on the list drop him an e-mail from the site contact mail and help update.

I have a small tip for your friend. Why not make it so that you can click on the country to get a more zoomed in version of it (just zoomed in and bigger, not more detailed). Maybe with the name of the city under the square.

Would help us pinpoint companies easier :slight_smile:

It does need a fair amount of updating, Argonout (Sheffield) closed some years ago after being bought out and the website link redirects to dodgy porn sites with popups that try to install trojans on your computer.

Have e-mailed about this.

On the upside, it is nice that this site exists; I’ve been trying to find a website I found some years ago that had listings of games companies and the interface on this is quite an improvements.
