COOL:applause:

I Love your 3d modeling.

It seems like you know what you doing…

actually, I think that’s what I need for me now. I’m just starting learn 3d stuffs.

However sometimes even though my hands move on, I don’t know what I want, what I’m doing.

I Love your character. I would love to see so on work.

#82

I’ve been following the progress of this one and I’ve just got to big you up and say I am well impressed from the creation of the mesh, the mapping and texturing.

Amazing stuff.

#83

Ooohlala !

Looking good… super nice texture!
i realy want to see his opponent :buttrock:
…maby next challenge?

see you at da bunker…

#84

Ok, I really want your opinions on this. Pose, angle, lightig, render.

#85

nothing to say except :applause:
(i love the tail)

i wish i have your skill

#86

Hi Ivars. All excellent work. But something is really missing… “mustache” … I mean animal mustache, sensitive hair around the nose. How many polys do you have left? 3 hair on each side would really be cool! … or opacity map it…

#87

I really like the texturing, well and the model of course, but i like the efficent use of the texture maps. im still learning texturing but that looks great:thumbsup:

#88

m@. I completly forgott :argh: And I only have 3 faces left…
I guess I could make it some way, but than I´ll have to redo the physique and that would be a major pain in the ass, and I don´t think I would make it on time :banghead:

Anyway, thanks for the comment

Thank you all!

#89

S U P E R B !
u don’t need to change a thing.
if u want to put mustache, just delete some faces from the tail.
you will have all my 5 scores

#90

Thank you!
Yeah that tail is rather heavy.

Here´s a cheesy wire-shaded-texture-turn-kinda-animation

just great !! He has character , and both the mesh and the textures are great ! The colors are definetly a lot better aswell !
Did you place the alpha planes for the tail randomly ?
Cheers ! and goodluck !

#92

Just wanted to come in and give you my two thumbs up on a nice job well done.

             Funny guy,nice mesh,nice texture work.Very nice effort.

#93

thanks.
ckaos@om: That depends on how you see it. There´s really no system in the placement, but I´ve put alot of effort in to it, just trying to give it the right volume.

#94

really have to congratulate on the nice work. he’s a beauty. hope you win, and see you at the voting both tomorrow, perhaps.:applause:

#95

Wow… utterly Amazing.

great concept, great modeling, great texturing, great poses, great animation. You got it all!

#96

not to mention the unwraping skill as well. Very cool little animation. Super great job!!

#97

Excellent, really topnotch, can’t see anything obious to improve at all actually.

#98

I have one question though, how the hell do you get the seams in the texture to get totally invisible. No matter how hard I try I can’t find a single seam in your model. Is it only a lot of hard work in Photoshop or do you have some kind of special secret? No matter how hard I try I can’t get my seams to disappear.

#99

I usually try matching the UV-seams with actual seams in the texture (ie. the seam along his side) Otherwise it´s just alot of hard work in photoshop
