Game Art Challenge #10: Sail trike - Mounted chain gun

Well I’ve been lurking about for a while so I thought I’d take the plunge.

Gona aim for a land powered sail_trike, or maybe cut-up and modified sports car. Very low and sleek, but sufficiently “roughed up” for the post-apoc feel.

The sidecar will have a large belt fed chain gun with a 180 o arc of fire. With the pilot semi enclosed for protection and streamlining. Not much in the way of armour, possilbly canvas/leather patches to make the bodywork of the trike. Large triangular sail coming up from a mast in the center of the vehicle with a large billowing sail, ribbed section if I can spare the poly’s.

Might put a small outboard motor on the back to add a extra ATV’ish element to it.

A few quick doodle later. Will try and make some final ref images today and start modeling as well.

A few changes on the concept. It’s now more of a land-yacht trike than a converted motor trike. Ref images and early modelling work, comments and crits would be extremely welcome.
