I think ill try to get an entry finished for this comp. Im far to busy at the moment but ill get this thread/ idea down so I have a starting point. Hope I can get it finished.
My idea is kinda weird, im not very good at drawing my ideas (especially 20 mins at night before im going out). Im alot better at getting my idea down in 3d but for now heres a quick, terrriibbbllee drawing

Ill describe it Much easier.
Imagine a thin, scrawny man. Wearing nothing but a loin cloth. Hes got a huge hat on, something similar to a WWII hat with a MASSIVE cannon on it. This thing is huge and is really weighing down the poor guy and killing his neck. So to support this weapon he has 4 Strider-esk thin legs on wheels. I think the guy can also be holding 2 more in his hands like an OAP wheel walker. Also, there are huge clamps around his chest attached to the hat. The ammo for the weapon is drapping down from above and is being carried on a skateboard being pulled along behind the guys as he walks.
Yes its very odd and im sure no one else has a friggin clue what im going on about Ill post a 3d version soon hopefully, fingers crossed.
