Gallery Submition Declined

Hi there. Twice now i have uploaded a pic into the gallery with my FULL NAME even my middle name!, and TWICE i have recieved an email saying its been declined because of the follwoing reasons :

Your submission has been declined for the following reason(s):

  • You have not used your full, real name. Please re-submit with the correct information.

I put in my FULL NAME EVEN MY MIDDLE NAME wat is going on plz, thank you :slight_smile:

Uh, no you didn’t. Both the works you submitted were submitted with just your first name, Paul.

Even just looking at your profile information below your avatar, all I see is:

Paul
A.T. Systems
glasgow, United Kingdom

How is the system supposed to get your surname and middle name if the only information you’ve entered into your profile is “Paul”? This information is absolutely essential because it’s used to place a copyright notice on your work.

Ok isee … to clarify i did put both names into the submition but it dint show up. Ok i shall edit my profile name see if that helps. Thanks :slight_smile:
