I actually painted a normal map for the little sidekick, though I wasn’t especially satisfied with it.

Lately I’ve been focusing all my free time on my batman collab, I can definitely finish this before the deadline, the only thing is, it seems like nobody is gonna finish for the deadline. so…i dunno.

are you gonna finish? If I know other people are gonna try and finish for the deadline, then I’ll definitely finish this piece by the 28th - cause…i like the model.

Sorry mate - i think im gonna have to bail out. Not enough time to finish, and ive got bad ‘modelers block’ with this one - im stumped for ideas and cant commit myself to work on it much more. Ill probably finish it eventually, maybe without the victorian stuff.
Maybe you should push for completion - you would only up against a few others (if youre lucky!) and i think a Kwak hosted competition could be promising.

Or maybe we can campaign for a deadline extension seeming as few people are ready to submit?

K, I guess I’ll start texturing this model tonight. 5 days should be more then enough to texture him, maybe i can have him crawling out of the grave or something for the beauty pass…

I’m up for the extension aswell, I’m getting close to finishing mine but I have yet to start the uvs so an extra 10 ten days and I can guarantee I’ll be entering for the judging stage. I think this challenge has totally died so maybe this could give it a bit of respectability with entries like Andy’s and Kwaks making it in there!?

Also Kwak your character looks Excellent! Your Modelling skills are awesome I really hope you can get this finished, maybe all you need is a few heads to spur you on a bit!

What happened to Mr. Sharp?

This turned out great Kolby! It reminds me of the Zombies that would always pop up on Scooby Doo. One thing though. If I just saw this somewhere, I wouldn’t thin Napolean.

KWAK excellent modeling as always, great improvements the damage adds a flare to the model.

any updates? I hope you finish this despite the competition, it’s a cool peace.

These models are outstanding. So much so I feel unworthy to critic them.

I would really like to see a finished product. Im curious to see how you trimmed it down and what the final poly count is, 9.5k is an awfull lot.

One last thing, the only thing that really turns me off from this model (and I say this with the upmost respect) is that crazy camel toe he got goin on, can u do something about that.
