FxWars! Water Balloon! : NunoNisa

Pop me in guys. I’ve been without net for about two weeks now so i’ve been unable share anything… But using only my girlfriend’s net on YouTube I’ve been working on this, which by the way is really really, really really hard to accomplish properly… way to go Ortiz…!

Video preview: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?1zkxceyimx0

So I’ve noticed mainly four things in this strange slow motion behavior:

1st the incredible amount of wobbling that the balloon suffers when it gets back the energy of the impact

2nd regardless the type of blow ALL of the balloons pops in an unbelievable straight line

3rd The end of the knot always comes up intact

4th the water amazingly conserves the balloon shape for some instances…

Since the idea was to simulate the event, and since all the videos were or about the blow or about the fall and it’s wobbling effect, i decided to create something that merge this together and shows both things happen. So there’s the reason my balloon only pops at the second impact.

This is a screen capture of the 8987894616686 simulations put together that I had to make to get things right and flowing.

I’ve made some renders so you can see the shaders. Tried to get the renders to look that kind of scientif every variable controled type of expirience… tought it would be cool! don’t blame…
