My vote : Dan Chamberlin :buttrock:
FXWARS Tornado VOTE!
Not sure if I can vote because I submitted my work, but my vote goes to Dan Chamberlin. Great work everybody though!
I’m going with Dan Chamberlin. To me, it felt like it had the most voluminous qualities to the twister, the little pieces flying around it are very impressive, and the semi breaking into pieces is amazing as well. Regardless, this is the most difficult fx wars I’ve had to vote upon.
My vote goes to Chris Waner.
It ended up being quite a difficult decision because there are some fantastic entries this month! The reason for my vote was that Chris’ entry felt like the most realistic, in terms of the camera angles and movement, and the movement of the tornado. It really felt as though it was pulling debris up from the ground.
All in all, some amazing work, i hope this level of participation and quality keeps going!

Really impressed, I vote Dan Chamberlin.
Excellent work on textures, color grading and rythm that shows particles skills aren’t enough to create realism.
My vote: Dan Chamberlin
Simple yet Effective lighting and good FX combining to make a great mood.
Great efforts from everyone, i’ll look forward to the next one
Chris Warner Has got my vote.
Agreed with not hosting on youtube.
Everyone host with Vimeo it looks Sooo much better!
Just an idea, but you could set up a poll, certainly be easier to tally.
Some really cool stuff
Personally, the strongest piece all-around was Chris Waner’s shot. Tough decision though, there were some really strong points to ALL of the other pieces.
I really enjoyed watching the progress on all of these! Great job everyone!
My vote is Chris Waner

I’ll vote for John Paul Giancarlo!
i think it’s the best among those! quite a lot details and good motion.
the only flaw of it i think, is the speed of the tonado moves,it’s a little bit too fast in some aeras and in some spot it appears to be a little bit slow.
anyway,that’s still a good piece.
like it~
