FXWARS! Flying Car, Mustan9, VFX Shot

Hi guys,

I’m going to be doing a VFX shot of a completely CG city with flying cars. Something like StarWars, Blade Runner and The Fifth Element all mixed together.

I don’t have the luxury of free time these days, but I’ll be doing it just for fun.

Before you say “Great model”. I started with a 2006 model kit of a sports car. Mostly I’ve reshaped the front end, and stretched out the rear sides. The interior came with the model.

ahhh thats really cool even if it is a modified model it does look pretty awesome

Thanks, I will be adding a lot more detail to it. There are lots of parts missing such as door handles, trim, window wipers, a front grill, and rework the headlights.

I want to chop off the top, and replace it with a full glass moon roof. Maybe add some carbon fiber panels, and detail the inside with lots of LCD tech gauges.

Wait! This contest is over next month right? I better hurry up! :slight_smile:

I’ve been to busy to do any work on this so it won’t be finished. :frowning:

I’m keeping an eye on the next challenge and will give that one a shot.
