Fusion Video Output Dark & Without Gamut

I am trying to render a video and what happens is that the image of the background endsup darker and my vehicle doesnt have gamma, but I am using gamut correction for the car and for the background…

renders fine to jpg, renders fine to microsoft video1 encoder, not divx, not xvid, Intel indeo…
whats codecs should I use?? I wanna have a divx version and a wmv version…
