Was looking around the site and just realized, there’s no place to search for artists who are looking for work. Would be pretty beneficial to search through a forum and find a list of artists with all their skills/reels to review.
Is there a reason there isn’t one? cgjobs section just has job listings and no freelancer listings, unless I missed it somewhere.

You can search for freelancers using the portfolio’s artist search:
http://portfolio.cgsociety.org/search/?search=artist&employment=freelance
however it is still up to the artist whether or not they display any contact details.
