Frame mesh

#1

After create curve in Stroke->Curve Functions->Frame Mesh[border] start/end point created in corner, and else use CurveTube i have one sharpen corner.

How i can change this ?

#2

this is just 1 way.
once done i hidden half of the mesh and had the 2 smooth corners visible
then i made it a polymesh 3d
tool>make polymesh 3d
then i went to tools>geometry>mirror and weld,
if the mirror and weld dont look right try tool>deformation >mirror
then mirror and weld

Thanks for the help !
This method works if the hole is symmetrical.
But I want to understand how to change the starting point.
If hole is not symmetrical then “mirror method” does not work.

I think that the setting of the other tools affect this but i can`t find this

You need more geometry,
if you want it boxy as it looks then turn off SMT next to the DIVIDE button
then divide it then frame mesh,
there is a option in frame mesh called SMOOTH if you want to round the corners a tad more.

the draw size is all so a factor.
if you get a pop up asking you to freeze the mesh dont do it because when you unfreeze it then it wont look right,
just make it a polymesh 3d if it ask you to freeze then once you add the curve tube brush use tool > subtool>group split
then select your sphere and use tool>geometry>reconstruct

im not sure what your trying to say.
in the pic your showing you need to turn on tool>display properties>double
and you will see what im talking about

your cutting a hole threw both sides of the sphere (front and back)
if want one side turn the sphere side ways then hide the left half then face it forward and cut your hole.
