Two things:
First, when I try to reply to threads I get this error message
like tow or three times, after that I can reply. Sometimes I get an “Error 400 Bad request” message
Something wrong on whoevers side? If on mine, how to fix this?
Second, is there a way to put the New Post link up and not on the bottom of the page?
I already asked here, but got no reply from tech staff.

What speed is your internet connection ? This sort of error usually occurs when your internet connection is slightly flaky, or there’s a heavy load on the server. Are you still experiencing the problem ?
