Football Logo help

#1

I need help with a logo design that I want to upload to EA Teambuilder 14. I’m trying to get it the size of the bearcat paw logo, but I’m having some issues with photoshop and illustrator. Can someone please help me with this? or show me how to do it right?

Thank you for your time.

So you want the eagle the same size as the paw? Can’t you just crop the eagle image and then resize it to the same dimensions as the paw image?

What I’m trying to do is upload the logo in NCAA Teambuilder. I’m trying to get the size of the paw and have it 256 X 256. Do you know what I need to do in Illustrator or Photoshop? I I’ve tried everything or I could be missing some steps.

Crop the eagle so it fills the frame, then in image size resize it to 256 pixels square.

#5

So in Photoshop or Illustrator?

#6

I usually do it in Photoshop.
What issues are you having? Without some clarification it’s hard to advise you better.

I’m just trying to get the logo big and save it as a 256 x 256 PNG file.

Like I already suggested, just crop the thing and resize it to 256 pixels square. If you are in Photoshop, drag out a selection over the area you want cropped, while holding down Shift to keep the selection square. Then go to Image>Crop to crop it. Then go to Image>Image Size and in Pixel Dimensions enter 256 in both boxes. You won’t need to bother with Constrain Proportions if you already cropped the image square. To save as a PNG, click on File>Save As and select PNG.
I’m afraid that’s as simple as I can explain it.
