First Model Ever

#1

Hi,
I’m new to 3D modelling and I wanted to make a car just for…I dunno why, it just looked cool. Anyway, I spent about 2 weeks or so making an Audi TT in Rhino3D and rendering in Flamingo. Keep in mind that I have no training or experience with modelling or rendering, it’s my first ever model. Tell me what you think of it!

BTW I know there are lots of things missing especially on the rear of the car. There is also no interior and many ripped surfaces but I couldn’t be bothered fixing it all up.

much better than my first car, well done.

Like spincad said “better than my first car”… I’m pretty sure it was a car, no one could really tell

Good job man… seriously!

If this car is your first ever 3d model you done then you sure done a good job on it! i mean if i compare to what i once many many moons ago created when 3d was just starting to evolve then cubes were what the pro’s created, not me tho…

Good job!

Awesome model buddy! And yes, i’m keeping it in my mind that this your first model, eventhough it’s somewhat hard to believe

#7

Great!, my first model was a very poor textured planet… this is motivating for you (I think).

Wellcome to the 3d side :D

Excellent job for a first.

Most people start with something far simpler than a car for a first project.
You will be kickin butt in a year if you keep at it…

Thx Everyone

Agreed, not a bad foot to start off on! Can’t wait until you really get your feet wet.
