Hey thanks Lemog, uhmm I like what you say but don’t understand how can I model less clean and right, I’m sticking to the reference for proportions and such and trying to have the poly count low, do you mean, everything it’s too straight and well organized? maybe I could “shake things up”? like rotate windows a bit, some vertex upper than others, not 0º and 90º lines?

New test with the lighting, fixed the “greeness” on the windows and a little test on the beach wall, a wall filled with graffitti, which I get from photographs here on my town, comments are more than welcome, it would be great to know if you like this graffitti here or not.
Green building is too dirty atm… takes too much focus.
Either its because the contrast of the grime is too great, or because the size of the dirt blobs are too great. Maybe even a combination of the two…
Wall with grafitti looks great though…
But the water still looks a bit meh…

No probs with graffitis… it’s perfect… like much. ![]()
About the green building… that make much as smoke than parts with dust, dirty pieces,
and for the water, that seem to perfect and uniforme… a bit too “plastic”…
that need foam and I think it’s not enough transparent… that make someting too much green-blue, and reflection are too low… some little white parts must be visible… more constrats…
Maybe more eay like that, I’ve photoshoped your image to explain what I see more about the building and the water…

WOOOOWWW man, thanks a lot for this reply, when I saw it I got myself saying “WHEN DID I MADE THIS?” it was pretty impressive and shocking, even if it’s fast “sketched” it looks greeaaat, well thanks so much for that man, I really appreciate this and will have a consideration on how it will be the work from now on, I don’t like too much the texturing right now on my scene so I’m going to clean a little more, but at least it helped me to learn some more about the UVunwrap thing cause I was pretty basic on it now it’s more conscious, really man and I say it again, THANKS, THANKS and THANKS, by the way I’m even considering now to work some more with post processing on Photoshop, so don’t get stuck trying to do things that will be unproductive or “bad looking” on 3d.
Hey guys just a little test with the water shader and some post processing (thanks Lemog), I hadn’t have time to model more but as soon as I have an update I’ll let you know.
It’s really better for the building…
bette also for the water, but it’s again very “plastical” but that comes… maybe that will be better to setup properly the water when all parts will be in the scene, not ?
and of course… you will add in post processing the foam…
Hey guys, after a long time off, I’m just happily working again on this scene, I will take the most of some free days I have to try to get it done, the modeling and detailing on the new building (grey one) it’s almost done, just texturing missing and beginning with the pink one, comments, questions, suggests will be welcome.
