hey blenderheads…is there a script or hidden feature that i can use to make meshes move like jello without the aid of bones or the lattice…if you use max its called the flex modifier…or quick stretch in softimage…i

so its a “no” ?..

Sorry… not many blenderheads come to the wings forum… maybe try the blender forum.

darn…could have sworn i posted in the blender forum…o well…hmmm maybe blender should have its own selection up front instead of burried wayy back here…

There is a built-in efect to make meshes vivrate like the surface of a water pool when you trow a stone on it, you control the center, amplitude and those kind of things, gut I guess that is not what you are looking for.

For real automatic soft-body meshes without bones/lattices (alas Max) there is no good solution that I’l aware off, and all of them require lenghty physic simulations.

Another options are Vertex Keys and Relative Vertex Keys, but both need to be animated by hand.
