Fantasy: Another World

This was a sketch that developed into something much more.
I wanted to play with the idea of different worlds merging together and asking the question of
Whose world is it?

Photoshop 8 and mouse.

i like the way you’ve done the reflection, really nice… especially her hair inside the water… the shadow on her face looks good too… nice :slight_smile:

nice work! i like that. so water looks reall nice.
but you shouldn´t do the leaves mit a photoshop standard leaf brush. you could do that better. :slight_smile:

Nice work, bao. The water is well done, and although the reflections are not precise, they work for this image. The figure is nicely executed, including the lighting from the water onto the jawline and clavicle. My only comment would be to add some dampness to her skin around the waterline, and possible whiten her eyes slightly. I am also craving a tiny bit more contrast in the overall image… maybe a simple adjustment of the levels. Great job!

Thanks everyone.
I think I still have some tweaking to do. Mostly the leaves, so that it doesn’t look too photoshop. I wanted to dampen her skin, but I’m still figuring out a way to do that, any suggestions? they’ll be helpful.
