Fahrenheit Digital DVDs - no contact?

I ordered the whole package (3 DVDs) about 6 weeks ago and payed via paypal. After one week i wrote an email to Aaron and he told me they were out of stock and waiting for fresh DVDs and they would be shipped within a week. That was the last sign of life i got. Wrote about 6 more emails but never got an answer or a package. Aaron - talk to me! Anybody else experiencing the same thing?
