You seem to have a solid understanding of the face, but taking that nice step is the toughest part.
At first glance the area around the alar cartilidge isn’t fully formed, the tip-defining point and the infratip lobule seem blended together. As well as the nose is almost wider then the mouth.

Searching any one of those terms will give a plethora of information on the nose and from there you should be able to go from term to term working your way around the face.
I’d also highly recommend “Realistic Game Characters” by Ryan Kingslien. Definitely one of the best books on the subject regardless of if your sculpting for games or not.
Good luck!
Any idea where I can get the Realistic Game Characters book? I cannot find it at any bookstore online because it is out of print.
Yeah, I can’t find it for under 100 dollars anymore, I just bought my copy for like 60 bucks a month or so ago off amazon, maybe after the holidays the prices will come back down. You might be able to find a pdf online though.
Don’t forget that your ref have some lense distortion in it. You need to fix that apply the same distortion in your 3d camera front view to fix it.
