to guys after posting this (this post below) on various groups, I’ve got a lot of interest outside London too, and I’m glad to see that, I’ll like to extend this invite to people outside UK too so if anyone was interested and was turn off by the fact that its only in UK. I’ll like to invite everyone interested to join. all you need to do is send me you an email wit you name, skype name, area of expertise(what you know best regarding animation and then any secondary skill that can be helpful.

Initial Idea
What I want?
The ultimate goal of this plan is to start an animation studio / business. Although there are no previous experience in starting up a business I am planning to start small with a few people then work my way up from there.
What I’m planning to do?
I’ve decided to gather a minimum of five people regardless of their level in relation to either; animation, modelling, storyboard, rigging, and/or 2D designs.
They have to be in UK or most preferable in London to avoid time zone issues also for regular face to face meetings. Although we will be skyping and communicating through other on-line sources.
Also we need to know who we are working with and also bond, its always nice to meet people of same interest (right?).
like I said we do not have to be experts we could all be beginners or professional , as I’m by no means a professional/expert.
We will start off with a small project and while doing the project we will learn a lot with the help of each other. Also if we do get stuck or need help or critsisim we will all join in to help.
I’ve found out that working together with a bunch of like minded people yields more result quicker than struggling alone. so by the end of this or the second project depending on how well we do, we could be a business or have 1 more awesome animation to add to our demo reel,
this will by no means be a competition as we will help each other to grow and see how we can move from there.
I do want people to consider this idea and let me know if they would be interested so I can take it up from there. Like I said if we have five motivated / dedicated people we can start from there.
I want people that are respectful and want to move forward in their career. Im excited about this and I want like minded people. So please if you cant take critiques and cant get alone with people, or just not motivated this is not for you.
Although we would be working from our respective homes, every week we will try to meet and talk out about our progress and get feedbacks.
I know its long to read but thats how motivated I am to do this and hopefully you are too
