Error on XP

“C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. Choose ‘Close’ to terminate the application” is the message when I do an autorun or if I open the CD and click the install.bat. Im using Windows XP Proffesional

Not to shoot you down too quickly here. . . as it is nice to see you hanging around. . . but this smacks of a support question that should be directed to Hash Inc.

Probably the install runs some .bat or .cmd file which runs under the NTVDM (NT Virtual Dos Machine) which in turn has requirements related to some system files existing and having an OK content (autoexec.nt among others - see the above thread).

Run some anti-virus and anti-adware while you’re at it, since the aforementioned system files are prime targets of wrong-doers…
