Error entering Secret Agent Challenge

Hi all! I don’t know if this is the proper forum so I apologize if it isn’t.

I just joined today and I’m trying to submit my WIP for the Secret Agent Challenge. I can’t get beyond step 2 under “Enter the Challenge”. After I submit my “real name” and Location, I get a blank page that says “error”; so I never go to step 3. When I tried submitting my WIP, obviously, the server tells me that I haven’t entered the challenge.

I messed around with different browser settings for about an hour now. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks.
