Eon - Environmental Showcase

We have been working our asses off to turn what was going to be one thing into another, here it is in its “another” state.

We are hoping for the best in MSU phase 3, but beyond that its a nice step forward in the establishment of the visual style and goals of eon.

We have also launched an Eon website - www.coronaleonis.com/eon that you can check out for more information and downloads for eon.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the results of this ingame artwork.

and beyond that, if any studios want this quality of art in there games, We are an art outsourcing studio, it is infact what we do best, so let us make our awesome your awesome.

And even beyond that, hmmm, I dont think there is anything beyond that except “wait and see”.

looking good… guys with guns and armour? Are they in transition period like “The Last Samurai” ( as hinted by ur bagoda like structure)?

As an RTS player i will say these guys are all gonna be shredded coz they carry no melee weapons and the monsters seems to be all Hard core melee ( They have raptor claws on hands for heaven’s sake!) And the guns these guys carried seem to have a massive reload time…

The guys are riding without saddle which seems strange (unless ofcourse it is still under development), coz warrior with decorative armour usually decorate their rides also.

The elder creature seems to possess some wisdom as it wear an amulet and carry weapon and has four hands… four hands?
They grow more hands in senior stage? :smiley:

And the pumpkins?? I like the pumpkins, and the grass they sat atop…

Nope, they are not in a transition, they are sticking to a level of technology that will help them kill the beasts and yet sticking th there traditional weaponry for the most part.

Its early in development, but they will have Swords, Spears, Bow, arrow, grenades, rifles and so on. - also there rifle has a good re-load time, its much like that of the M1 garand, but if it was designed to take out iron skeletond demons like these monsters.

yup, didnt have time for a saddle for these pictures, were working on it tho :slight_smile:

Give us time (or assistance :wink: and we can bring eon closer to our vision of it.

Wow, these shots are impressive. I love the poses of the riflemen jumping through the air.

However, I don’t like how everything looks like there’s a sharpen filter over all the images. Could you post some undoctored in-game shots for us? It’s a little too obvious in some shots :\

Hyper, the shots are most impressive. I checked out the other shots at CLE’s site. I love them.

However, I don’t like how they all have an obvious sharpen filter/mask on them. In most shots I think it takes away from the overall quality, especially when its painfully obvious.

If you could put up some ingame shots that aren’t doctored up that’d rock.

Dont know if it help…but reference on impressive deer rider with archery skill can be found on the Japanese animation “Princess Mononoke” from Studio Ghibli (dont come n curse if you found it unuseful :D, reference of damn good enchanted forest also in the animation)
