I spent 2 hours studying light and how it glows in the night at different distances. I learned some cool stuff while making this. Obviously the lights perspective on the buildings is off, but getting the perspective right was not my goal in this, so that’s alright.

Maybe some light reflections in the water? as at the moment it seems quite dark.
I checked out your site too. There is some nice concepts on their keep up the good work 
yup the water could be better. another thing is the top sky. i guess you wanted to make stars but it looks like grain. there’s too much point. the dancity of star is too high, you should make a darker sky and put some shining points.
but the pic is really cool!
