Hi, my entry here is the cautionary tale of a given person - probably someone you know - who is immersed in technology so much that they are eventually consumed by it. Mankind is represented as a watery substance such that this product of nature stands in contrast to the cold and artificial cables that are encroaching on him. At the same time however, these cables appear to have as much life as he. He is at once transfixed by and scared of the power manifested at the end of the grasped cable, so much so that he does not see the even greater threat of a rather sinister looking VGA cable closing in behind his head…

This was modeled in Maya 7 and ZBrush 2.0, and rendered in Mental Ray. Some post-render work was also done in Photoshop CS2.

i like a lot this concept, if I can make a suggestion maybe with coustics proyected on the floor will be much better, but is your work and i respect it.
