very nice use of textures…but this your textures need that aid of lighting to really bring out your model

No real negative criticism I can give: the animation is very nice clean, clear and believable with a nice interesting motion that has some character, the model also looks fine fairly simple but ideal for a prop in a games environment it looks good and has an interesting structure to it. Overall ,very nice. Good luck with your modification.
