EIAS shortcuts on the new Alu keyboard

Guys,

Just installed EIAS 6.6 on a new Imac 2007 with the new aluminum keyboard.

The application runs smoothly, except for a series of F-key shortcuts that I’m having trouble with. I just love the F5 and F8 shortcuts to run snapshots with, but now with the new “alu” keyboard, they just don’t seem to work anymore.

Does EIAS have a shortcut editor to fix this ?

I think you have to swith the Fn keys to behave as such somewhere in System Preferences.

Got it !

Turning on “enable function keys” in the keyboard prefs gives me back all previous FN key shortcuts. Thanks a lot.
