Eduardo Janiszewski - Hi to everyone!

Hi !!!

I’m from Brazil – Sao Paulo – capital.
I’m working mainly as a business man at the moment and much lesser as an artist.

I started learning formal arts studies at very early age, and did a lot of oil painting learning from some great teachers.

At age of 8 I started learning programming (Basic - lol) at an Apple ][ computer, and kept studying different programming languages till now lol.

When I was a teenager I started mixing up the arts with computer and ended up doing freelance Computer Graphics design and advertising for some great companies here like DPZ and WBrasil. That was mainly doing desktop publishing jobs.

Internet came really late in Brazil and had it official start in 1995-1996, I got instantly plugged online together with a few 1000 other people lol.

That time I started learning HTML and made the first websites.

From that time till now is basically what I have been doing these years and founded in 2000 my own company – Dinamex, to build websites and CDROMs for companies.

Currently, besides my business, I came back to the art world, back to oil painting studies and I am doing a long term course in CG High End for movies and TV, with similar curriculum as Vancouver Film School, with the leading of 2 great teachers that came out from there: Marcelo Ricardo Ortiz (famous awarded short ‘Guernica’) and João Boldrini.

In resume my life is a mess now (a good mess lol), with very few sleep, a lot of 3D and arts, and my company dragging my energy down.

My main softwares are 3D Max, Photoshop, Painter, all Macromedia software and I will get into Softimage XSI soon.

I use PCs, although I love Macs I don’t use them anymore, and sure I use a Wacom for drawing and painting.

My great inspiration in CG now is Linda Bergkvist – Enayla.

Now personally,

Other interests of me are martial arts, where I am a teacher for over 20 years now (not teaching and rarely training anymore due to no time – sometimes I work out to keep my health ok), movies, and sure – I love eating. lol

Oh, I have two female cats, they love to interact with my monitor screen while working and sometimes they love typing lol

It is a great pleasure to be here, and excited to support in anyway this great community.

Thank you Mark Snoswell and Leonard Teo and congratulations on your success !!!

It is over 1 year now that I came first time to CGTalk and it got me inspired, changed my life totally, altough just now I was able to get back to arts and starting doing something about it, I feel much better than ever.

CGTalk is the best artist’s forum ever in my opinion, and the community is the most respectful, kind, and dedicated.

Nice to be here with all of you.
