Only so much is clear: It is up to no good.
This image was quite a challenge and fun at the same time, considering it had to be something fully new and strange. I was especially interested in depicting a contrast between a seemingly man-made object and organic elements like blood.
Painted in Photoshop 7, using a Wacom Intuos tablet.
