Just manage to start the concept phase in the last 2 days. I need to work on the 3D sheet
and text doco next. Wow time goes so fast:scream: LOL

I reworked the character design, i thought that for a warlord the initial design was too weak
both body and design needed to be worked on more with a broader and stronger character.
Also considering the lava and fire element to be incorporated more into the design.

Second concept is much stronger. It would be nice if you could incorporate the flame/lava/whatever more into the model otherwise it is just post effect. Maybe skin is oozing lava? Nice drawing, good luck.

PS is it 2D or 3D

I am looking at a different Wing position. Decided to see what the arm would look like more levitated,

With the cloud below maybe similar to a small nuclear blast but keeps it form annihilating everything in its way with ultra extreme heat. This Demon Warlord will strategicly attack the machine worlds

Just thinking on what Tonytrout mention with lava like veins on his arms and body similiar to my comic chararacter!

I was thinking of darkening the skin texture for a dark metal or coal look especially when i add lava like veins for a more explosive look. this is an example.

I am kind of leading toward 7th image with maybe 5 and 10 as other possibilies

Based on the rough thumbnail i picked i decided this will be his stance, he will summone
the fire ball or generate it from his energy source in his stomach a red crystal
like ball instead of the firy cloud, Once the fire ball is fully formed enough for
distruction he can then can launch it towards his desired target.

I decided to change the horns on his head. By making them less distracting with a more simple design giving them more size so there appear more powerful.

The wings i decided to go with a more dynamic look. Flowing and less stagnant giving a
more exciting moving look to the character.

Changes i need to make the hands more larger and fearsome loooking to match the rest of him.

I thought i needed more of a flight posture rather than a ground posture. I needed something much dynamic so i play around with some more quick concepts and felt good
with this one. So now i can start working on the main with something i feel good with.

Hello,

I like the number 4 in your modelsheet board, looks like a spaceship :smiley:

I really love the details in your character’s head and I think you should use his wings like a kind of weapon. Maybe something like Spawn’s cloak :slight_smile:

Thanks Alexy, Great idea i was thinking of adding hook like thorns to the wings so he can grapple with the wings, Thanks for that:)

I’ve started work on the main picture and working on the demon posture! And i see i am going to burn alot of midnight oil, like a lot of us.

Getting his basic form setup for now hmm the legs and feet area bit too big especially the back ones there way out of wack, well have to correct that hehe lol

I’m set on this composition with The Conjuror heavy attack force coming out of the rift and blizting a machine and cyborg world followed by lighter demon formation. His fireball emanating firey beams and destroying threatening machines. The conjuror is about to release the Fury of the fireball like a Thermonuclear Warhead! Below the machine world city
will be a in a yellow hellish apocolyptic blaze. I can start painting the fun part.

Nope his primary weapon is his Fire ball!

oh what emanating from the fireball is a power force thats like tentancle like lazer force
before the actual fire ball is launch it self.
