DWIV - KtfFang - Demon Prince

Hey guys,

This is my first year entering DW and I’ve went with a Demon Prince. My idea is that he’s a young demon prince taking over for his old man but he can’t fit into his dad’s cape thing yet. In demon years he’s a kid, but in fact he’s over 100 yrs old in human years. I was going to do more oversized garments but I didn’t wanna go overboard. Usually I prefer to stick to one unusual concept so they character will be more memorable. I haven’t figured out how he will control Ice yet as that’s suppose to be his inherent fusion nor what will be a good name for him.

let me know what you guys think and be as brutal as possible! I’m gonna do some more concepting for him in the next few days, but I’m always open to changes. I wanna spend as much time as I can early on so I don’t run into problems later.

your concept sounds and looks good for first sketches. i liked the part he’s a kid (or at least appearing like a kid). it could be really cool when you added ice features to him, keep going!

Hey man, cool ideas. I like the kid idea, he’s really going stand out amongst all the other demon-types. I’d say I like the look of #2 the best, but I like the floating char/long hanging cape idea of #3. In my opinion, you should merge the design of the top/neck of the cape in #2 with the rest of #3.
