Wassup man!, Hey, I really dig the design. That’s really cool that you give those drum as a thunder maker.
The proportion are good. Still a bit out of proportion, around the arm.
I agree with other members with having an armor to his right arm to balance out with his left shoulder armor piece.
I would add more shape to him for details reason.
I really like the concept scketch of having 1 powerful drum instead of 5 weaker looking drum, but that might take away the nice silhouette on your currtent character.

I fixed the details on the turtle’s body. I have used Zbrush more recently, so i think it better than the first one.

The deadline moved to May 18th, so now i’m sure can finish it on time.

How many tris are you using? If you havent use all 10,000 tris, use it.
Use it on any shape that requires roundness. Some of your round shape doesnt look round enough.
