DWIV - 2D - ROBOTTANK - FERRUM

This is FERRUM, very disobedient, even to his master Warlord, he travels across the fires of hell by heavily armored boats. He has a pet/weapon that can mount itself to his back & shoulders, it can also be controlled by Ferrum or can jump off his back and have a mind of its own. Ferrum is very intimidating and is on an expedition, secretly gathering a regiment to turn against his master and reign supreme…

    well...I was S.O.L. I tried for more than an hour to submit my entry but couldn't get through, I guess the sever crashed..FERRUM is pissed, but it just means that he's gonna be bigger and better next year, thanks to everyone for all the feedback, peace..  *update* due to the server crashing the DW team added a 12-hour grace period extension, I got it in on time after all :)

(no name yet)…this is a warlord, 60-100 ft. Definitely the largest living devil in hell, but not quite the most powerful. There are many regions of hell and this warlord only controls a third of them. From his enormous flaming mouth; he releases flaming tortured entities which travel through his victims, devouring and burning them from the inside out. Hanging from his massive horns are opponents; leaders of other regions, he leaves them displayed as trophies, to show intimidation to other powerful opponents, and to forewarn them, to surrender. To conquer hell is a never-ending battle, it grows due to many living entities and organisms in the lavas, the underworld expands, in which new regions are created, armies emerge, demon-kings are created who oppose threat…if it wasn’t for these living flames and other elements, this warlord would be half his size. Ash, hell fires and burning souls make up this massive devil…more to follow

Cool update :smiley: Like the idea of the double body in the character, cool!! The head looks really nice too! You used the same reflex image for the bellys?? Look a bit cloned, you can “distor” the reflex image with liquify filter on photo shop to no look cloned. only a comment :slight_smile: Waiting for more updates!! Cheers!! :beer:

The one with the large chin I prefer most. Got a bit of the devil in spawn, though I think, yours will be more brutal :wink:

The demon lord with the two torsos was awesome, and these head designs are too. Great work, keep it up.

yeah, I cloned the body to save time being that it was just an idea/concept. I chose the other character; Ferrum, for my entry character. But many thanks for the information on photoshop, I am very new to digital art (1 yr.) and all the help I can get is much appreciated.

Even though that Ice Warlord is just for fun, I think it has great potential. You should continue working on it, in my opinion.
