DWIII - 3D - vshen - Koran

[b]Recent Update:

 [/b]This is concept zbrush model that i did before I actually start the actual hires. I needed to do to get some proportiional issues sorted out. I have actually started the actual hi res already and it will have more resolution to play than this one because this is all one mesh except for the hair and eyes. Also i haven't modeled the hands yet coz I am still playing aroung with the design.
  The head design is not finished yet but hopefully will be done soon. I am hoping to finish the hi res model early next week and I already have started on the low poly model which I will be uploading soon. It will probably changed because everything is not final.

Here is my first concept for the competition, I have no idea what the weapon is or what it will be… Anyways Good Luck everyone!

Here are another progree on my Warlord. It’s a Head Design. I will be doing further development on the overall design of my character coz i feel it is not “alien” enough.

thats great looks like a mixture of a preadator and an URUKAi ( is it right writen? )

I definitely got influenced by the predator dreads but i just noticed the urukai influenced as well… I was more kinda getting elements from King Kong coz it’s one my all-time favourite films.

Finally got some time to work on this. I have been concepting his head and body but I haven’t started on the armour yet. I kinda don’t want the armour to dictate the overall design and rahter compliment it instead so once i am done with the body i shall put some incredibly heavy metal onto him!

Loukor:Yeah i might start modeling the base mesh of him already while i am designing the armour and artefact for him.

No major changes just a little curve adjust… I just felt it needed it.

Here is a color test… I’m not really sure about color yet so i’ll play around with it for a while. Also there’s some changes andthings I want to add to the body design so it’s kinda everywhere at the moment.

I have a name for my character now! KORAN.
I’m concepting an armour for my warlord and myweapon… any suggestions?

I have been searching for Armours but couldn’t find a good one. All I can say is don’t go for heavy armours for your character, put some light armour around him. Also you can show all the details on his body, muscles, veins, scales ect…:slight_smile: As soon as I find a good armour/weapon ref I will post it. Keep going dude You are doing a great job:)
