Nice work! It’s really coming together more and more. I love the crotchplate and the weapon, I would like to see more of that!
Cheers, Linus

Beautifull:cool: Nice details, crouch plate looks cool. Keep up the goodwork. All the best:thumbsup:
Lanyo: Thanks. Yes, so would I. But I couldnt find out how to do more of it. They will probably have serious problems fitting into the currect style:) Things never turns out the way you want.
madshooter: Thanks alot. But the crotchplate (aka wolfplate) looks pretty shitty on that image. Will try to integrate it better to the rest of the style later on.
Another fluff update. I hope this counts as properly representing your team:thumbsup:

woah really nice armor piece there! really looked like someone hammered that logo on. love the details u have on your armors.![]()
Yongs: Thanks. It took quite alot of time to make it look that way too! ![]()
Lowpoly bonanza! ~8700 tris. Only missing some chain/rope to maintain the wolfplate. As soon as all uvs are finished, I can finally fix the final normalmaps and texturebakes.

He looks scared doesnt he? Evil Iron Giant coming his way perhaps. The belt on the shoe will ofc be deformed to fit.
It’s looking really nice. I find the wolfplate humorous it its sexual innuendo, but hey, why the heck not? I like it! I also like the demon-form on the bottom blade of the weapon. Will that be mirrored on the other side of the blade, or just on the front side? Nice integration fo the CGLogo too. Looking forward to seeing the textures!
Hej!
Very nice bladesculpt! Me likes…
Only downside about the weapon is that it looks like it belongs to a warlord more than an invoker, but as long as you show his magic stuff in some of your images you should be fine… It would also be cool if there was some more shapedifference on the blades, maybe make the more plain one longer/slim, smaller o just some other shape. Overall very nice work m8!
Kör hårt!

walrus: Thanks! I did see the sexual part in it at some point too, I decided to ignore it:) The head on the blade is only supposed to be at one side. Since its all mirrored I can change still as I like, but I think it might be too much with 2 heads?
FrozZT: Thanks again! Yes, he kind of looks like a warlord. Which I guess is just a result of poor concepting:scream: Will try to push the magic side of things harder. And I will make the horns asymmetrical later on, same with the rest of the model too. But most things have mirrored uvs so its easer to keep it symmtrical for now. Good idea with the blade btw, will add some of that later.
First realtime render in Xnormal. Jippie! ~8800 tris. 2048 normal and color.
The colormap are just some early zbrush tests that I sampled quickly.

Really great work. I love all the detail, really makes the character stand out. looks like you’re almost done. I had better get a move on myself!
darren white: thanks! But I wouldnt say I’m almost done, but I wish I was thought.
dandan, andy6308AAA, Lanyo: thanks for the comments!
Larger easter-update:
Rigged with FBIK and some simple facial controllers.
The clothing texture is still very early wip. I have left that for laters since I have run into big questions regarding the color-scheme. Hopefully the solution will come by itself along the way. C&c mostly welcome, along with ideas for colors:)

I like your weapon design a lot. It is very different. Personally, I think a small adjustment on the end of the weapon would make it look better. The metal part facing the right hand can be sharpen a bit. Right now it’s a little more like a blunt force weapon.
Bruce
Thanks for comment. And I must say I agree about the weapon looking a bit too much blunt. Will try to fix that before I consider the mesh final. Cheers!
Very nice!
Did you assing in xNormal a diffuseGI cube texture for that screenshots? If you put a cube texture there you can make the model less dark and to simulate some kind of outdoor lighting.
Thanks! Hope you didnt mind me cutting away that logotype do you:)
For these images I have no GI texture added. But I made some nice night-render tests using the example diffuseGI textures. Will tweak the final rendering once all models are finished.
Thanks for a great freeware app btw:thumbsup:
Final lowpoly. Render in Xnormal. ~8980 tris. 2048 color, normal, specular color, emissive, reflection, gloss.
Thought id might add specular power too, but I dont see much point with it. Im off to posing, podium and whatever is required for final submission. c&c welcome, cya!
