One crit - other than the anatomy crits so far… the head looks stretched in the Y - kinda too long… dunno if that’s intentional - but not really workin for me… Anyways - i’ll keep following the thread and see where u go with this.

I think the skin on the top of the wing looks kinda wierd and out of place though… why would there be skin there like that? The wrinkles on the wings looks a bit too busy as well… think about making more “hero” wrinkles and some smaller supporting ones instead of covering the whole thing so evenly…Also think about adding some wear and tears on the wings. As to the guy - I’m still not quite diggin the face - still looks stretched to me.
Anyways - keep up the work man! Lookin forward to seein more.

great update proportions i see you’ve corrected proportions finally and they work great there are just 2 areas that i think are not working right now first are the wings i totally don’t like their shape right now and for me they more decorative right now then functional i don’t think that i this placement they could actually support him in the fly
second area is a arms i think that your brachialis muscel in arms is a to small and the ams looks kinda strange from front view

Looking cool. You may want to make sure you don’t have too much high frequency detail or it may end up looking like niose on the character. I really like the feel of the boots. The just look heavy.

but the shader on the body looks a little bit stange or maybe the detail i a little bit to big any way great work so far can’t wait to see the textures
Looking good. Nice work with the cgs logo. Overall the character works really well, nothing specific to crit at all. Looking forward to see how the lowpoly works.
One tiny crit might be pretty much what jbrophy said, specially with the wings it might look nice to have some larger foldings and not just small uniform sized ones.
If you make his chest smooth it will be a resting area for the eye. It will enhance your model tremendously. Great Job!

As someone said before the upper part looks a bit noisy. Prolly because of this scratched_metal material, but since its gonna be textured it shouldnt be a problem, right? 
Im not the biggest fan of you characters head style, but I know you and if youve decided that it should look just like this I wont even try to convince you
