You’re doing an impressive and very original work. Keep it up! GL.

Hi Diego,

I think that yours point of view about this war is right. I see it in the same way - this competition should be closer to MadMax, Fallout but not LOTR and WoW. I really like your character- nice proportion and overall weight. I’m waiting for your 3d version.

#65

olá Diego!
Looks great so far man! Keep it up. I will folow you thread!
boa sorte!

#66

Great stuff!

Those action sketches are really cool.

#67

Awesome sketches you got there.just awesome.
Really curious about how this will look once it will be in 3D.
Kinda agree there’s not so much post apocaliptic in most of the entries.

Think both of them can do the job.LOTR kinda stuff and madmax like stuff.
Depends on which magic used and the role it plays on the character physic.
The age of the invoked creatures or his arms, The way he’ll use it, etc…

Indeed often the image of creatures using magic, knives, axes, hammers swords and stuff is quit heroic fantasy like.
The way you’ve changed this is really cool indeed.

(S***; I’m starting to doubt now about the maybe too much LOTR,WoW fantasy look of my character:D:D)

Question:Where does he places the sword if he doesn’t use it?
shouldn’t he have some kinda sword-holster somewhere?

Cheers!

#71

There’s a belt on his back where he can place the sword… It will be a different kind of sword-holster.

I’m currently working on my base. I’ll post some sreenshots here as fast as I have some images from my high-poly model.

Thank you for all the comments!!

#72

cant wait to see that

I´m also curious… I love the design.

#74

It’s great to see a totally different kind of character  I also try to avoid the spiky armors myself.

Thanks everyone!

I’m currently working on my high poly model.
That’s the base which I’m using into Zbruh but that’s not my final low poly model yet.

#79

real nice man !!! verry tightly rendered, and good story.

I personaly would give him some kind of street junk composit wapon with rusted metal blades or something , the sword seems way to kind and new for his character…

but i like it allot anywayz

and those action sketches realy get the movement framed !

succes !
