Lookin’ nice. I agree with an earlier post. The sword looks a little off. May even need a different weapon all together. Keep working’ it man. Lets bring it home for CGSociety.

Great work as always. I agree that a sword doesn’t seem the more appropriated weapon for an aviator. But I haven’t figured out yet what weapon could be better… Any way, keep going, I believe this year the DW trophy will be ours.

Hi!!
jramauri- He is not an “aviator”. Actually he wears cloathes for protect his body from Ice, wind and cold. Beside he can live in very cold regions of the planet.
I did a draw of the sword to show the detalis. I tryied to give a better “magical look”. I hope you like it!!

realy nice concept( and drawing skill 
).
maybe the details on the sword should reflect the magic element( ice/water ). FredH said somewhere the artifact should indicate clearly that element.

Those sketches are mindblowing! Awesome drawing style and technique as well as quite an original concept of the character… a little bit of mixing old warrior with steampunk if Im right? Anyway, cant wait you start buidling it in 3d good luck!
