I like your character ! I only would like the end of the ears to hang a bit more, not as much as in the sketches, just the ends :thumbsup:

Maurits: as you say the ears as they are now are a bit strange… so the idea is as you say, but could hang so much than in the concept :stuck_out_tongue: I think could be great as in this concept:

And now… working with the clothes, sould done it before, but left enough time…

I like cloth set 01 the best, I also like the torn cape in the sketches.
Did you also had something in mind for on her head, like in the sketch ?

maurits, thanks for the idea, I discarded the cap, but could be great, some concepts here:

I think the hair is unnecessary but who knows! so i made some designs …

I did not mean hair but like the head band or crown (like the one in clothingks5.jpg the left figure is wearing)

I like it better with no cape and no hair. the membranes on her head are enough and the cape takes away the warrior look… my modest opinion

hohoho I love the facial tentacles. Very unique approach to their placement and design. I love your original concept sketches! Almost more than your 3d direction. Me and 3d make one dumb person so I can’t wait to see your final.

Thank you for the comment Gatlingg! At last I choose the third cloth design, and texture is finished (i think…)

Now left the hi-poly model and normal maps…

Even is possible I’ll do one little pet, if I have enough time…

deadline is over!! I finished texturing, normal mapping and rigging the character, now I have to choose one beauty pose…

rigging was really difficult with the tentacles, but it’s done! :argh:

Looking good !
Maybe a lashing motion/pose with her lance would be cool and then maybe her tentacals and cape can lag behind in the motion
