I like it better with no cape and no hair. the membranes on her head are enough and the cape takes away the warrior look… my modest opinion

hohoho I love the facial tentacles. Very unique approach to their placement and design. I love your original concept sketches! Almost more than your 3d direction. Me and 3d make one dumb person so I can’t wait to see your final.

Thank you for the comment Gatlingg! At last I choose the third cloth design, and texture is finished (i think…)

Now left the hi-poly model and normal maps…

deadline is over!! I finished texturing, normal mapping and rigging the character, now I have to choose one beauty pose…

rigging was really difficult with the tentacles, but it’s done! :argh:

Looking good !
Maybe a lashing motion/pose with her lance would be cool and then maybe her tentacals and cape can lag behind in the motion

Hi Daelon,
I like the bottom right one best only I would pull her left leg more straight and have her right arm and leg a bit more visible and I would make her face look more toward where she is running towards and maybe her cape can spread out more wide like it would do when running
I dont know if you rigged the mouth and eyes but else maybe squeez the eyes and maye make her mouth more open and maybe finally make her left hand in to a fist, these are just some ideas to try …
