Whoa, it’s like the Uber-Commie! Interesting concept, indeed, though I can hardly say I approve of your character’s politics… I might have to draw Mega-Libertarian and have them fight it out!

I do think this is pretty interesting though, there is something really neat about taking inspiration from more modern mythologies.

I really try to avoid standard fantasy cliché, there is a great number of other cliché , which I would like to mix in this work.
As far as Soviet Union history is concerned, there are, of course, different points of view. But this gone away country has left such an interesting aesthetics and there are so many layers in it, that I simply couldn’t hold myself from picking it up.

Regarding bear on his shoulder, its begin to looks like CGtalk.ru logo, may be use white bear or another design?

So, I am back at last :bounce:
and new works are coming soon.

As for the bear’s head, I took this image from Warhammer 40K, and used it several days before CGtalk.ru stated its logo. Now I am really a bit in a doubt, but still did not decide what to do with it. :eek:
cgsociety.org logo i want to apply as a detail of Comissar’s warder.

Hi, friends!
After a long break I am here again. I started to work at the final illustration.
Of course it is inexact jet and I see a lot of bugs, but I think it is going to be more or less like this.
I used cgsociety.org logo as a detail of Commissar’s warder.
A bear’s head remains, because I think it adds much to this image.
To mechanical creature "BURZHUI» I added a secondary weapon - “flame-thrower” :rolleyes:

I can see your pictures just fine btw. Great ideas, brilliant backstory. Really quite off the wall notion which I love. All seems a bit Sergeant Peppers which is no bad thing. Love how much thought you’ve given the whole thing, not just some Blizzard rip off but something quite unique.
