Hmm, lots to choose from. i like the dark blue background better than the light tan - the former feels like you put in a dark background, while the latter feels like you didn’t get around to a background. And the dark colros set a ncie mood. Overall I like the top row best, before you got itno wild colors. The red on the far right pops really nicely against the blue.
The one comment I have about the figure is that the upper thighs and hips feel far too large for the rest of the body. They don’t necessarily need to be scaled down. I suspect that even just lengthening the midrift section, pulling the upper body away from the pelvis, would look really coola nd deemphasize the scale difference.

OKay… Here’s a little update which i honestly am not very happy with. I’m starting to divert from my original idea. Worse still, i’m wondering why i chose this direction to begin with… But all in all, i joined the war to have fun and i did, and i would still like to get this done to the end!

The pose is really beautiful, I really don’t know how people like you handle poses like this that just looks natural despite it’s somewhat complicated positioning. If you get what I mean. ;p You are a little too hard on yourself some times, I feel. Take it easy and seriously, worry less! Chiiilll. As for your original idea, I think you can still go back to them when you get the time to. 
Not for this war, though. Perhaps get more prepared for the next war.
I don’t suppose this is done yet? I’m rather liking the background and those effects you have created for the background characters. A great addition to it because I kind of am getting the feel of how the character would actually be like if in a game/ movie. I would really like to see this gets more refined though, in the sense of materials and form. As well as the light direction and the like. I think the blue around her (background) can be toned down a little more so she don’t seems to blend into it… Either that or she can be a little more brighter, bring out the contrast !
Oh my, got to get to the modeling sheet and concept art pages… Will refine this if i have the time…also wanted to try something. Thanks Flork and Hammy, i’ll be back for replies shortly!

The earlier wasn’t the final, just posted the final I did keep in mind what you said from the beginning, wanted it to look like it’s in a scene…though i didn’t pull it off completely with time constrains. Did kick the values and colors and such…and my main focus at a point was to pull of that fire/lava inside her body. I sure hope it’s much better now… Though i definitely don’t want to get into a war with 5? 6? days left at hand like this again.

Regardless, YES you should be proud of yourself for finishing this in time. And whatever happens next doesn’t matter, the fun of it is what does it. Though aim higher next time, you are only stepping into the water for now.

YAY we did it haha, im so glad its over hahah but im gonna miss havin something to do haha
i think offically im game arts major, but im gonna switch to illustration someday hahaha so iv been taking ill classes.
Darn…guess i missed all the action. Mr. Faiyar Antsu? we meet him up quite often these days…for dinners and such…there was a night that me him and haozilla went out for dinner and we talked a lot about um…stuff. As for the final, im glad you made it(but) . Well done… Loving the colors, very hypnotic but i do think the skull thing that shes holding on her left arm is not quite clear… maybe it’s just me…but you know how i suck at giving comments and feedbacks so… Thumbs up!!

Time was a factor too, of course u_u Yeah, i’m very happy i got it done at all… i thought i’d be disappointing myself by not joining the War…but i actually made it to the end, and it is an incredible reward, that feeling of accomplishment Though… i admit i would not have done this design as the final given more time, if i could turn back time.
