Thanks Alcino! Those are very nice tips, I will work on it!

Hey Blood, really awesome work, I love everything so far.

Have you thought about putting the boomerang in the other hand? As you have it posed now, my brain went on auto mode and I thought it was a bow.

Also if you put it in the other hand, it will be more threatening, as should would be winding back to throw.

Regardless, it looks great.

#125

Thanks Mitchell, here is another update!

#126

great man! alcino did a sketch (3rd) the girl has her right leg flexed! I think if you try to go in that way you could give much more sense of motion for her. just give it a try!
good luck

#127

looking grand! the colours are a bit whimpy though  like bleached by sun… get on it!

#128

That’s all folks! The final pic. I’m not 100% happy with it, but was the best I could do in this last couple of days. Sometimes, the frustation was huge after painting and repainting some parts…almost give up. But it’s done.
I wanna say thank you again, for all feedback and support, you guys are the best!
and good luck for us all!

#135

A great final man, congratulations! I hope you can stay among the top ten with this work. Model sheets and the action pose are pretty well executed. I still think her legs should be longer, as I said on the middle on your topic, anyway, she and her puppy look great.

Good luck and all the best!

BLOODTASTER
are you young? Your character remands me of a video game character from Samurai Shodown called Cham Cham. I have a video game bissness and that’s why I know all the characters on it.

I will like to see some thing really new, not translate it to your style.

Did you had a happy child life? because this character dont looks like that. Think on young generations, a very good young generations, happy young generations.

#141

thanks for the replies folks!

lallorona: I’m not young, and yes, a remember Chan Chan. It’s that why I called my character with two repeated names…sort of tribute. But, my main inspiration came from a character from Mad Max 2. Sorry if you cant see some really new stuff here, maybe you can try some other threads or forums. I’m sure there is really good stuff out there.

oh…and yes… My childhood couldn’t been better. I was a lucky kid

not exactly sure what that means. :curious:
