drawing-like graphics

Welcome everyone! Can somebody tell me how this kind of graphics can be done?
Example here: http://www.airbus.com/store/photolibrary/AIRCRAFT/AIRBUS/ACJ/att00001779/media_object_image_lowres_709X473_121.jpg
Is there any software that can change a photo into drawing-like graphics? Very often this kind of graphics is used in Flash presentations.
Looking forward to any clues :wink:

Looks like a 3d model to me, not a drawing. :slight_smile:

I know Painter has a way of coverting Jpegs images into artistic renderings. I never tried it out myself but I do recall seeing this after grazing through the manual.

Some 3D programs also have the ability to render artistic strokes.
